This website is operated by JOMO Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to place an order. You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; or infringe another person's rights.
Product information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens. Product information, availability and pricing may be corrected or updated when necessary. Essential-oil and personal-care products should be used according to their instructions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may reject or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or other reasonable grounds. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
Shipping
We currently deliver within Singapore. Delivery timing, charges, delays and unsuccessful deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the JOMO Studio name, branding, product names, text, graphics, photographs and designs, belong to JOMO Studio or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant JOMO Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the business. We may remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that you choose to visit through external links.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data-protection law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
